Registration for classes, camps, leagues, private training, free trials, and events is handled through our registration platform, DASH / DaySmart Recreation. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account up to date. Parents or legal guardians must complete registration for any participant under 18 and are responsible for that participant's participation.

Program schedules, locations, coaches, and class assignments may change. We will notify registered families of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Some programs require a seasonal or annual membership in addition to class fees. All fees are listed at the time of registration and are processed through DASH / DaySmart Recreation. Refunds, credits, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Soccer and other physical activities involve inherent risks of injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that the participant is physically able to take part. Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before participating. Parents and guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or needs relevant to the participant's safety.

We expect participants, parents, guardians, and visitors to treat coaches, staff, other families, and our facilities with respect. We may remove any person from a program or facility, without refund, for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

We may take photos and videos during classes and events, including class photos included with membership. We may use this media in our marketing, website, and social media. If you prefer that your child not appear in marketing materials, contact us at info@touchlinesoccercenters.com.

• Program description — When you opt in to text messages from Touchline Soccer Centers, you may receive messages about registrations, class reminders, schedule changes, facility updates, events, customer service, and, if you separately agree, promotional offers.
• Consent — You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms or by otherwise providing express consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or registration.
• Message frequency — Message frequency varies based on your registrations and preferences.
• Costs — Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opting out — You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will stop sending you texts unless you opt in again.

• Carrier liability — Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility — By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission.
• Privacy — Mobile information and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you subscribe to our emails, you may receive program updates and promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorized means. All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, belongs to Touchline or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Touchline Soccer Centers is independently owned and operated. The Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute names and marks are owned by Lil' Kickers Inc. and are used under license.

Our website links to third-party services, including DASH / DaySmart Recreation, JotForm, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touchline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or communications. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
